Fortunately, both of mine were good guys. The one i hurt was big enough to allow us to become arm's-length friends - we send Christmas letters and he will always have a tiny piece of my heart. The one who hurt me actually looked me up on Facebook and apologized!!! how could i not forgive him? especially, since i had long since realized that i would have been miserable married to him! But, we are not friends now. i think your rules are good ones. webbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15168174623602308906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3577155903853273621.post-54658423737269536832016-08-25T16:48:47.526-07:002016-08-25T16:48:47.526-07:00I would add that it is ok to check in with an ex i...I would add that it is ok to check in with an ex if you want to apologize for your own bad behavior or offer condolences for a loss. Not to imply you behaved badly, it is so hard to break up kindly. The ex I'd actually talk to I'm sure I hurt deeply. If I had the opportunity I'd break up better and really explain myself better. He was a very sweet man, we just wanted different things.Knittychickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06910480791953527691noreply@blogger.com
