Me: No. Not just like at all.
Primo: It is the same thing.
Me: No.
Primo: Yes.
Me: There is a huge difference between rubbing your chin and sticking your fingers in your nose.

I am of the opinion that anything you would do alone you should be able to do in front of your partner or spouse; after all, is there anything more awkward or personal than sexual intimacy? Luckily for me, my wife is of the same opinion, which I am not saying is the only correct one. The only important part is that partners are in agreement on what is appropriate, or else find ways to respect each others' opinions!
